​TECH CORPS offers an awesome opportunity to learn new technologies, have fun and collaborate with others who share the same passion to positively impact the community. Throughout the year, we hire part-time instructors and support staff for a myriad of programs across the country. Instructors and support staff are given the training, content and guidance to successfully coordinate and implement all day-to-day aspects of various TECH CORPS programs. Part-time/Temporary position responsible for coordinating and implementing all day-to-day aspects of the program. IT On Ramp program is a full day, two-week experience designed to expose students to a variety of computing topics including app development, game design, software development and web development. Through exposure, exploration and project design, this program seeks to provide students with a deeper awareness of technology pathways and prepare them for greater success in technology pathway programs in high school and beyond.

Date: IT On Ramp will be offered Monday – Friday for two weeks between June – August.

Time: IT On Ramp will run between 9am-4pm (may vary by area) with instructors onsite up to an hour before/after the camp times.

Location: Central and Northeast OH; San Marcos, CA; and Atlanta, GA.

Wage: $25 per hour

Part-time/Temporary position responsible for coordinating and implementing all day-to-day aspects of the program. IT On Ramp+ is a full-day, four-week experience designed to elevate students’ mathematical understanding and confidence in algebra and geometry through hands-on lessons focused on a variety of computing topics including app development, game design, software development, and web development. Through exposure, exploration and project design, this program seeks to provide students with a deeper awareness of technology pathways and prepare them for greater success in technology pathway programs in high school and beyond. Each cohort will be supported by two (2) Instructors and a Site Coordinator with up to 25 students.

Date: IT On Ramp+ will run for four weeks Monday-Friday between June-August.

Time: IT On Ramp+ will run between 9:00am-3:00pm with instructors onsite no later than 30 minutes before/after the program time. Instructors will also be paid for a training session prior to program implementation.

Wage: $25 per hour

Time: Student WEB CORPS will run Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00AM-3:00PM (varies by program area) with staff onsite no later than 30 minutes before/after the program time.

Part-time/Temporary position responsible for coordinating and implementing all day-to-day aspects of the program Techie Camp is a full day, week-long program designed to engage elementary and middle school students in hands-on, interactive STEM-related activities. Students take a deep dive into subject matter focused on Robotics, Programming, App Development, 3D Printing, Digital Fabrication or Data Analytics and emerge with skills that are useful in today’s classroom and tomorrow’s workplace.

Date: Techie Camps will be offered in-person and virtually Monday – Friday between June 3, 2024 and August 16, 2024.

Time: Techie Camps typically run from 9am-4pm (hours may vary by region) with instructors onsite up to an hour before/after the camp times.

Wage: $25 per hour (amount may vary by geographic area)
