The new board members are:
- Jose Campos, Metro Lead for Google’s Server Operations in central Ohio, oversees critical data center facilities. With two decades of global technology experience spanning six countries and industries, Jose is passionate about leveraging technology for positive global impact.
- Derek Walker, Senior Vice President of Engineering at Hyland, leads a global team of over 450 employees. With a career spanning 30+ years, including leadership roles at McKesson, AT&T, and BellSouth, Derek brings expertise in technology innovation, strategic planning, and intellectual property development. As an Atlanta, GA native, he will be instrumental in TECH CORPS’ expansion efforts in Georgia.
- Jama Cobb, Work-Based Learning Coordinator at the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio, specializes in bridging K-12 education with real-world workforce experiences. Her organization’s innovative programs create pathways for students to connect academic learning with career opportunities.
- Marjorie Mendez, Senior Analyst at Nationwide specializes in IT Service Management. A TECH CORPS program alumna, Marjorie is dedicated to empowering underrepresented groups in tech through mentorship and community engagement. She is the first TECH CORPS alum to serve on the National Board of Directors.
