Help Students Explore What’s Next in Technology

Free, ready-to-use lessons for grades 3–8 that help students explore computer science and AI while building critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

This Computer Science Education Week, December 7–11, 2026, TECH CORPS and Hyland invite educators to help students see themselves not just as users of technology, but as people who can understand it, question it, and shape what comes next.

GAME ON: Three Ready-to-Use Lessons

Through three ready-to-use lessons, your students join a fictional game studio’s play-test team to help Pip, a game character, offer useful advice. Students will:

  • Discover how AI works. Explore how examples shape predictions and replies.
  • Put answers to the test. Check character advice and discover why convincing answers can be wrong.
  • Make the game more helpful. Create player choices and decide how people and AI could contribute.
  • Explore career connections. Connect interests and skills to game design, writing, art, and testing.
