Are you an Ohio-based, out-of-school time educator preparing for an engaging summer filled with fun and learning for your 3rd to 8th grade youth?
Join us on Thursday, May 9th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for a FREE session and leave with computer science activities and resources for your out-of-school time program!
During the TECH CORPS Unplugged sessions you’ll gain valuable strategies and resources for implementing “unplugged” technology activities with youth. No devices are required, allowing you to explore key concepts and activities creatively.
Selected participants will:
- leave with lessons for implementing computer science in your program
- obtain Ohio Approved credit (pending approval)
- receive a $100 stipend for completing the lessons with youth during summer programs and returning youth surveys
- have opportunities to participate in a CS-focused Community of Practice
Who should apply:
- Ohio out-of-school time educators who work directly with grade 3-8 youth
Confirmation details will be sent prior to the session.
