TECH CORPS has many reasons to be thankful this November. We impacted hundreds of high school students through our 2025 Hackathon, celebrated powerful alumni and student success stories like Ruwaydaand Hussein, and announced that the Teaching & Learning Collaborative has officially joined TECH CORPS. And, next month, we will keep the momentum going as we launch our annual CSEdWeek programs.
This year, more than 250 students worked in teams to create apps that solved one of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals at the TECHCORPShack.
Meet TECH CORPS alum, Ruwayda Jama. Ruwayda went from not knowing how to use a computer to becoming a Data Engineer Analyst. Watchto see how TECH CORPS inspired her career path in technology.
The Teaching & Learning Collaborative (TLC) has officially joined TECH CORPS, strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality, hands-on technology learning experiences to both students and educators. We’re also thrilled to welcome Kelli Shrewsberry, former TLC Executive Director, as our new Chief Innovation Officer!
In partnership with Hyland, TECH CORPS is celebrating CSEdWeek in a big way with a $1,000 educator giveaway, and free TECH CORPS lessons for elementary and middle school educators.
At the 2025 Hackathon, Hussein discovered something powerful: “All it takes is one programmer to make a website for someone who needs it.” Thanks to TECHCORPShack, he now has the skills and the confidence to be that programmer.
As we celebrate 30 years of empowering students to thrive in a world transformed by technology, we invite you to make a gift to TECH CORPS. Together, we are building the next generation of innovators, and we need your partnership to inspire even more students like Hussein.
Please join us in honoring 30 years of impact by making a donation.
