As an attorney with the business acquisitions and securities group at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, Vince has five years of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private placement offerings, and other strategic transactions. In addition to these important skills, Vince brings his personal experience and heart for students to the TECH CORPS board.
