More than 400 high school students from Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Elyria will participate in the eighth annual TECH CORPS Hackathon. This one-day experience challenges students to think creatively, work collaboratively, and solve meaningful problems.

Students work in teams to identify a challenge, generate ideas, develop a solution, and pitch it to a panel of industry judges. Throughout the day, experienced mentors offer guidance, asking thoughtful questions and sharing their perspectives. 

The Hackathon is about more than technology. It gives students the opportunity to strengthen communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and presentation skills while building confidence in their ability to tackle complex challenges. By connecting with technology professionals and working through the innovation process together, students gain a deeper understanding of how technology can be used to improve lives and communities.
